Dance Dance Revolution World, the 19th instalment of Konami’s famous rhythm game series, made its European debut on the Electrocoin stand at the EAG Expo, with the game housed within a new anniversary cabinet, Universal.

DDR Universal with DDR World software proved to be in demand throughout the three−day show as visitors and keen players took the chance to test the new dance machine, with the company’s sales and marketing manager, John A Stergides, adding that it had been “a very popular piece at the show.” (Dance Dance Revolution)

“It’s been very exciting. It was a global launch, and we’re very proud that we are able to team up with Konami to show it. There’s been a lot of interest and non−stop play − everyone knows Konami is the king of dance machines.”

The new dance machine, placed strategically for maximum visibility, was just one of the products on show from the UK−based distributor.

Also taking up key positions on the stand were Football Champ, a penalty shoot−out−themed video redemption game, as well as a lineup of the latest tables from Stern Pinball that, until EAG, had yet to be seen in the UK.
