As registration opens for EAG Online, the event organisers have revealed that exhibitors are responding “very enthusiastically” to the exhibition’s new digital format

The organisers behind this year’s EAG Online have stated exhibitors are responding “very enthusiastically” to the new digital format, as registration opens ahead of the spring event.

Featuring exhibitor presentations, up-to-the minute seminars and a virtual Bacta networking lounge, the exhibition will bring manufacturers, buyers, and operators together online.

“Visitor registrations are looking good, with buyers and operators keen to stay in the loop during these difficult times,” said organiser Karen Cooke.

“Exhibitors have responded very enthusiastically, embracing the new format to display a huge range of products and services for today’s leisure operator.”

“Unfortunately, a difficult decision had to be taken to push back EAG Online’s original dates to allow participants to focus on current pressing issues within their businesses. We look forward to confirming the new dates in the not-too-distant future.”

This year marks EAG’s eleventh year, and though the exhibition would usually be held at ExCel Centre, London, the Covid-19 pandemic has ruled out the possibility of a physical event.

With online stands taking the place of traditional physical units, exhibitors will be able to make use of EAG’s online stand package, which includes graphics, product presentations and video.

Through staff contact and meeting booking functions, online visitors will be able to stay in touch via a mix of live chat, live video, and interactive contact forms.

“2020 was a difficult year for our industry and we hope that 2021 will be more positive for everyone, and that will start with the EAG 2021 Online event,” said Electrocoin’s John A Stergides.

“Electrocoin has been taking part in the EAG since it was formed and we believe we need to support each other as it’s part of our association, bacta, and to keep the spirit going, especially under the current circumstances.”
